  • Continuous vendor management. Main contact for suppliers from planning to execution.

  • Finalize payments for any additional vendors

  • Budget sheet creation and monitoring

  • Assist with reception floor plan creation

  • Unlimited email and/or telephone consultations before the Wedding

  • 1x Senior Coordinator

  • Development and Distribution of wedding day schedule and run-sheet.

  • Three (3) meeting sessions with your wedding planner + Unlimited email and/or telephone consultations Sixty (60) Days before the Event

  • Planner presence + one (1) Senior Coordinator for up to ten (10) hours on your wedding day (additional hours and/or staff available on request)**

  • Assist with floor plan creation (if desired)

  • Wedding Direction and Production and Run-sheet Management
